GForms® Express immediately enables field users to perform inspections, file
reports and other field data collection tasks including the attachment of photos
and other supporting information. An easy, user configurable look-up table interface
facilitates the expedient creation of look-up tables so that company specific information
(such as a list of possible answers to a question on a report) can easily be distributed
to all users, thus ensuring consistent data collection.
Reports are submitted to an approver and either approved or returned for further
edit via the Approver Interface. GForms® operates flawlessly in both connected and
disconnected modes and supports effortless synchronization with the GForms® Express
master application. Once synced to the master application, users can query or retrieve
a single report or analyze a group of reports by date ranges, inspectors, and locations.
Basic, high-level report statistics such as the number of submitted reports by type,
user and approval status is immediately available through the sleek and attractive
Express Basic Dashboard.

GForms® Enterprise supports an infinite number of company specific data collection
tasks and can be used across an entire organization and in multiple disciplines.
GForms® Enterprise supports the automated update of domain information from
the corporate RDBMS(s). When changes occur to the database(s), the changes are automatically
fed to the field users’ GForms® application, thus enabling immediate, care-free
front side validation and ensuring data consistency. Similarly, when information
such as codes, regulations, policies, maps, drawings and schematics are updated,
they can be automatically fed to the users for timely, prompted review in the field
application. This functionality provides users with a comprehensive library of the
most updated information that is presented to them exactly when it applies to their
specific report or location.
Reports can be checked in to the master application and then checked out by other
users for further completion. The application maintains comprehensive audit information
that tracks the additions and changes at a finite level. Further, reports can be
submitted to multiple approvers. These two functions paired with the comprehensive
master application and interface support the creation of complex workflows that
can easily be followed and monitored, ensuring completion and consistency for workflow
based tasks.
